Grape seeds extract found to assist leukemia cells to destroy themselves while leaving the healthy cells unharmed. This research was taking place at the University of Kentucky in Philadelphia. During the research, 76% of leukemia cells, which were exposed to the Grape extract died during a 24 hours period.

Australian researchers found a way to make mosquitoes die younger ‘naturally’, and thus spreading fewer diseases. The way to achieve it is by infecting the mosquitoes with a bacterium named Wolbachia causing them to shorter their live span by half.
