By the year 2012, one quarter of Kenya electricity will be arriving from a new wind fram which will produce 300 MW. The total cost of this project, which will be funded mostly be the African Development Bank (AfDB), is about $760 million.

Recent study in south India reveals that tigers population in that area is stable, and in some location it even increased. The tiger population maintance is a highly important national priority.
