Rare Pieces of Biblical Manuscript Reunited

Extrenely rare 1,300-year-old fragments of Hebrew biblical manuscripts existed separately and with their relationship unknown until an accidental discovery found the link between them. Together, they make up the text of the Song of the Sea which is shown now at Israel’s national museum.

Effective Prostate Cancer Treatment Discovered

Scientists from Monash University discovered new effective way of treating prostate cancer – the second most common cancer for men in the world.  The new treatment deals with resistent cells which cannot be cured using existing treatments by activating the beta estrogen receptor in the prostate.

Dog saved girl from freezing

A girl from US, Arizona was saved by her dog by keeping her from freezing during night at -30 degree. They were found the morning after about 1km from home by helicopter crew that spotted them.

Duggar Boys to the Rescue

Josh and John Duggar saved Maddye, a 6 years old girl who was brought by her grandmother to Josh’s nearby used car dealership after being involved in a car crash. Josh called 911 and his brother, John, started CPR on the unresponsive girl. Maddye is now in stable condition.
