No More Plastic Bags in Mexico City

A  new law at Mexico city is now giving the authorities the ability to fine stores and shop owners which are  giving  costumers  free plastic bags. This law, which is part of the Green Plan at Mexico city, will allow costumer only to use  a biodegradable bag which they can purchase at the stores.
