New jobs by Starbucks wristbands

2300 new jobs are now available after Starbucks has raised more than $7 million by selling ‘Create Jobs’ wristbands. The money from those wristbands made its way to  small businesses and nonprofits.

GM workers to share wealth

During 2011, General Motors, which nearly collapsed two years ago,  earned $7.6 billion,  its largest profit ever after breaking its 1997 record of $6.7 billion. At the beginning of March, the 47,500 blue-collar workers in the United States will get $7,000 profit-sharing checks.

Amazon – Best Year Ever

Amazon, the online retailer has announced the holiday season of 2008 as the best year ever. On one day Aamzon got 6.3 million orders through the websites. On its busiest day Amazon provided 5.6 million items around the world, 99% of them on time.
