Doris and Neal Davis, married couple of 30 years who lost their house during a fire back in May, were formally announced last week as the winners of the first Clayton Dream Home Giveaway. The couple won a 2,300-square-foot manufactured home in a style of their choosing, plus the inside appliances in the total value of $150,000.

14 years old boy saves a woman from fire

A 74 years old woman from Penn, was caught in the 2nd floor of her house last week, when the first floor was starting to get on fire. she screamed from help out of the 2nd floor window. Her neighbor, a 14 years old boy, heard the screams and ran to the house, placing an old wooden ladder next to the window. The old ladder broke and the woman fell but she was out of the house, suffering minor injuries.

Saves 100 from fire

21-year-old James Slatcher was outside around 2 am when he smelled something burning and saw smoke, he ran into the building, started the fire alarm and knocked on each of the 36 doors to wake up the people inside and get them out of the building.

Brendan Jenness, a 17 years old teenager from Lexington, Mass, saw smoke coming from his neighbor house, he ran to their house and saw most of the family safe outside. but the mother ran inside, so Brenden ran after her.

9 years old boy saves sister from fire

JT Stone, a 9 years old boy from Illinois, opened the bathroom door so Lily, his baby sister can go in. She climbed and tried to blow out a candle and her arms, hair and face got on fire. JT heared her cry and ran to her, covering her with a wet towel and by that saved her life.

Milkman Saved Family from Fire

On Tuesday morning, Dave Walker, a milkman from Massachusetts was doing his rounds, and when arriving to the Keefe family, he smelled smoke and then noticed flames coming beneath their deck. Dave tried to call the family but when they didn’t answer he took their hose and put the fire out.

Nanny Runs Into Fire to Save 5-year-old Boy

22-year-old Alyson Myatt from Kentucky was sleeping in her room at the 1st floor bedroom where she is working as a live-in nanny for 5-year-old when she heard a loud noise and ran upstairs  to see if the boy was ok. When she got to the 2nd floor she noticed flames on the carper, she ran, barefoot, to the boy room and saved him.

Dog Saves Woman From Fire

Lillian Miller, A hearing-impaired woman from Florida, thought her dog wanted to go outside when he start barking at 3AM , she took the dog out and saw flames coming out of the window of her mobile house. Since it was early morning, she had removed her  hearing aids and couldn’t hear the fire alarm.

Lou the Mule Saves a Woman from Fire

This new years’ eve, a mule named Lou, saved a woman from a fire started in her house. Jolen , who lives on her own in her farm was eating dinner while her mule was catching her attention, she stepped outside to see if everything is ok with her mule and saw her house was on fire. She called 911, but the house got burned living her with nothing but her mule.
