Many USA cities are suffering heat waves during this summer and a lot of the cities from Lansing, Mich., to Boston are sending out street patrols with cold containers with water and opening cooling centers to make sure homeless residents are cared for during the heat wave.

builds his own car out of junk

Orismar de Souza, a 35 years old homeless man from Brazil, built his own car using junk and used parts he could get. Once car was completed he was able to search for a job and started to work.

Green Gym for Homeless People

In Detroit, A new gym opened, this gym is for homeless men and women and it has some donated ping pong tables, treadmills and other equipment which was donated. In addition, 10 stationary bikes that generate electricity were purchased and the electricity produced from it goes back to the facility and reduces by that the electricity costs.

Homeless brothers from Budapest to inherit billions

Two brothers, who are living in a cave on the outskirts of Budapest, are in line to inherit $6.6 billion, after their grandmother, who they have never met, died. The brothers will have to  split this huge amount with a sister living in the USA.

Homeless Woman Back To Broadway

Last year, Terri White, a 61 woman who was performing on Broadway as a kid, is now back on Broadway, appearing in the musical “Finian’s Rainbow,”the  same play she first performed in as a child and opened Thursday in the St. James Theater in New York City.
